The Mental Edge
The Mental Edge is the creation of Jason Thompson, a graduate of the Mental Performance Mastery Program created by Brian Cain, one of the world’s foremost authorities on mental performance. Jason is a former college athlete with coaching experience at the high school level. Jason has had a wide range of experiences working with, mentoring, and speaking to groups of students since 1998.
He received both his undergraduate degree and master’s degree from Bethel University in Mishawaka, Indiana.
Jason has two daughters, Haley and Natalie. They currently reside in northern Indiana. His wife of 22 years (Rachael), passed away from cancer in July, 2024.
Jason says, “As a certified mental performance coach, I’m passionate about helping people learn to respond in a healthy way to the stress, challenges, and pressures that come their way in life so that they can overcome those mental roadblocks keeping them from reaching their potential. It would be my pleasure to work with you!
